Vikram Malik

Mr. Vikram Malik is the CMD of Associatte Proptech Pvt Ltd. born in New Delhi in 1981. Coming from a family of real estate developers, the industry came naturally to him. His Father has been in real estate development since 1984. Vikram began working with him at the age of 18 and was responsible for managing various sites and verticals starting in 1999.

He completed his schooling and college education in and around pune. and later earned his MBA from Sikkim Manipal University in 2005. Having started his career in real estate at the age of 18, Vikram has built and managed his family's deveelopment business for decades. He was responsible for the development of residential, commercial, industrial and warehousing projects totalling approximately 1.7 million sq. ft. from 1999 to 2012. He also worked on build-to-suit projects and gained significant experience in land acquisition and sourcing lands for major real estate developers across india. In his early 30s, Vikram acquired the Master Franchise of the Prominent Brands of Delhi NCR "Wah Ji Wah" and "Giani Ice Cream" for Western India.

He also served as an advisor to numerous multinational companies on their industrial projects in India. Since 2016, he has been involved in selling luxury and high-end apartments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to establish his own corporate venture, founding Associatte PropTech Pvt. Ltd.
